About Us

Ms. Le Principal of IN2-Solutions Financial Group, LLC., is a Financial Services Professional with NYLIFE Securities LLC, and is located in Democracy Center in Bethesda, Maryland.  She has aligned her practice with a team of professionals with over 25 plus years of experience in the financial field and supported services.  She obtained an agent’s contract with New York Life in May 2006, a Mutual Company that is over 169 years old.

Prior to her transition into the financial industry in 2006, she served, with great privilege for over six years as a Freelance Consultant.  Her clients included Montgomery County Department of Economic Development, Department Health & Human Services, Holy Cross Hospital, and Montgomery Works to name a few.  She acquired grants to create opportunities for business to business and business to customers that would address the needs of the aging to the workforce, and to the niches of the diverse community in the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area.

Outside her work, she has chair and co-chair on boards and committees to provide assistance recruitment and support with the evolvement of the diverse communities in the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area. Her activity includes past-Chair, International Association of Workforce Professionals – Maryland Chapter, Board Member of Long Branch Advisory Board, Executive Board Member of the Menare Foundation, and is part of the Executive Committee for the Asian American Business Conference of Montgomery County, Maryland.  Since 1999, she has been a strong advocate for the diverse and business community.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and has over 10 years of experience in the financial and healthcare services.

In addition to her community advocacy, she is an adventure seeker with her husband, Robert. She enjoys travel and has a strong international network of friends.  Hence, she leaves a little time for her joy of sports from soccer in the spring, racquetball in the fall to volleyball in the summer, and skiing in the winter.  The most important fun, the yearly engagements with friends and family.
